Multi-radionuclide platform for voxel-based personalized dosimetry

PLANET® Dose offers fully integrated 3D personalized dosimetry for both SIRT and MRT. It provides pre & post-implantation dosimetry, estimation of time-integrated activity, allows the possibility of comparing between treatment planning and validation control dose maps, as well as the consolidation of multi-treatment stages.

Advanced oncology features (PLANET® Onco) are integrated for treatment planning and patient follow-up to bring an “end-to-end”, versatile and vendor-neutral solution, with a streamlined clinical workflow. 


SIRT 90Y & 166Ho

· Support of all microspheres: 90Y resin & glass, 166Ho

· Liver-lung shunt fraction assessment

· Empirical, BSA and partition models

· Interactive activity scaling for planning

· 3D voxel-based dosimetry

· Simplified workflow: Plan the activity -> Assess the planned & delivered doses -> Compare & consolidate dose maps


MRT 177Lu & 131I

· Adapted to 177Lu (PSMA, PRRT) & 131I (mIBG, thyroid) therapies

· Support of other radionuclides on request (for beta and gamma emitters only)

· Unlimited number of time points

· Calculation of Time-Integrated Activity Coefficients (TIAC)

· Availability of a wide range of fitting models

· Definition of the curve at the injection time

· Behavior of the tail of the curve

· Best fit automatically applied for the pharmacokinetic (Auto Fit)1

· 3D voxel-based dosimetry

· Multiple workflows: single-time point (Prior cycle, or User-defined/Hänscheid) & multiple-time points (Hybrid 2D-3D or full 3D)
