FAIRFAX, Va.-(BUSINESS WiRE)-The society of Neurolnterventional surgery's (sNls) Patient Safety Organization (Pso), in partnershipwith the NeuroPoint Alliance (NPA),is pleased to announce that the NVO-OoD has recorded more than 25,000 procedures in theregistry. This signifcant milestone underscores the value of clinical registries and real-world data.
Since 2013, NVOlOoD has helped providers collect and analyze perioperative and followup data with the goal of improving patient America participate in the NVOl-0OD, covering nearly 23.000 total patients.Thecare,Today, 40 medica centers throughout NorthNVOlOOD equips physicians with critical patient data on stroke and intracranial cerebrovascular diseases, Participation in the NyolOOD registry enables physicians, surgeons, and hospitals to assess their technical effcacy, clinical outcomes, safety and complications, length of stay and other critical metrics in comparison with national benchmarks for quality assurance and improvement.

NVOlOOD is an externally hosted,web-based registry supported on the Fivos PATHWAys" platform, a secure, cloud-based solution fordata colection and analysis, The NvOrOOD is govermed by the SNls pso, which takes direction from a Governing Council comprised ofrepresentaives from both the NpA and sNis. NVOFOOD is designed to easily integrate into a variety of workfows, allowing multipleusers to access and enter data on a single form and spread the responsibilities of data entry to more than one individual.
Developed by physicians for physicians, NVOl0OD captures 100% of procedures, including important demographic, procedure andpost-op data, o provide comprehensive outcome analysis and inform performance improvement.A signifcant advantage of the NVOlOOD database is the inclusion of long-term outcomes of one year, or longer.
